Put the band around your head as shown and get in a half kneeling position at an appropriate distance away from the pole to provide the optimal amount of resistance. The band should be attempting to pull your head sideways into lateral flexion and your job is to maintain your neck in spinal neutral + a small retraction. Hold the position and the static contraction for 30-45 secs. Breathe.
