In lying keep your lumbar spine in neutral and flex your ankle so your toes come towards you. Slowly straighten your knee to feel the stretch on the back of the knee and/or calf. Don't go too far that you feel pain in your back and don't let you back flatten - maintain a neutral spine position.
Progression: Use towel or stretch band.
