KS | Quadriceps - Foam Roller


This is great for mobilising and releasing tight quads post exercise or injury. The foam roller is used to "massage" and release tension through the front of the thighs.


Position self as in picture. Foam roll up and down the thigh targeting trigger points which refer pain and areas of tightness. Try both legs at the same time then one at a time. When you find points, relax and breath into them until pain disperses.
