To stretch the quadriceps with emphasis on the rectus femoris muscle as the knee is bent. The BOSU provides a soft surface for those with knee pain. You can swap a BOSU for a large pillow at home or a rolled up mat

Instructions

Kneel down on the BOSU or pillow and place you toes on the back wall. Clench your buttock and tilt your pelvis back to increase the stretch through the front of the thigh. Raise you aim up in the air and slowly move your hip forward to get more stretch up in the top of the quads - don't let your buttock muscle switch off.

Special Notes
To get more stretch down at the side of the knee move your hip up to the side and rotate your upper body to the opposite side.
