KS | Hamstrings - Foam Roller


This mobility exercise is great for releasing tight hamstrings post exercise or injury. The foam roller is used to "massage" and release tension through the back of the thighs.


Position self as in picture. Foam roll up and down the back of the thigh targeting trigger points which refer pain and areas of tightness.
When you find points, relax and breath into them until pain disperses.
