Instructions

Kneel in split kneeling lunge, the thigh on the side to be stretched should be placed vertically. Gently clench buttock and turn your tummy muscles on and tilt your pelvis backwards to start to get a stretch. Then raise your arm upwards and face and push the palm to the ceiling and lean gently to the side away from the stretching side. To increase the stretch slowly move pelvis forward but keep it tilted backwards and don't let your buttock switch off!
