HS | Hip Flexion ER2 (Pigeon - table)

To increase hip joint, sift tissue and capsule mobility into flexion with external rotation as well as and advanced gluteal stretch. Try this stretch if you can't do the floor one.

Instructions

Step forward with one leg and cross the foot over in front and place your opposite side hand on the foot. Slowly slide the opposite knee backwards but still keep your body forward and over the side of the front leg (dont drop over the side). Let your front knee and buttock slowly move down to the floor by dropping your pelvis / pubic bone down to the table to get the stretch. Keep your front shin horizontal and body weight centred
