Instructions

Step forward with one leg and place your same side hand on the foot. Slowly slide the opposite knee backwards but still keep your body forward. Let your front knee slowly move out to the side whilst keeping your foot flat ("staple" your foot to the ground with your hand). Drop your pelvis / pubic bone down to the floor to get the stretch in the front groin and hip
