Use the foam roller to mobilise, "massage" and release tension through the inner thigh and adductor muscles

Instructions

Lie face down with the foam roller under the affected inner thigh.The thigh should be slightly outwardly rotated like in the "breaststroke leg" position. Foam roll up and down the thigh targeting trigger points which refer pain and areas of tightness.
