ES | Wrist Flexors (table)

To stretch out the wrist flexors of the wrist, which can get very tight with a lot of gripping activities (e.g. weights). Often very useful for people with golfers or tennis elbow.

Keeping the elbow straight, bend the wrist/ palm of your hand backwards away from you, and place the palm of your hand on a lower surface so the hand is flat, and you feel a stretch along the forearm muscles. Hold at least 30s.

Special Notes
Stop if you feel pain in the wrist joint itself and let your therapist know.
