To release the tight fascia and muscles in your palms

Instructions

Place your hand upside down on the table to your palm is facing the upwards. With fingers straight, place your opposite elbow into the soft tissue of your palm. Start at the base of the thumb, placing a medium pressure into your hand so you feel some moderate tension. Glide / slide your elbow outwards your fingers. Do for 2-5minutes as required.

Special Notes
Be careful not to use to much pressure especially over bony and tendonis areas of the hand.
