To stretch the flexor muscles and tendond of the forearm, which helps with wrist stiffness and golfers elbow (medial epicondylitis) conditions

Instructions

With the affected arm out straight and palm facing up, drop the wrist down and gently increase the stretch by pulling on the fingers with the other hand. Make sure you keep the elbow straight

Special Notes
Alternatively - you can place the palm wrist on a bed, keeping your elbow straight to get the stretch, and then lean over your hand
