ES | Forearm flexor stretch (wall)

The forearm/ wrist flexors are often overused when using computers or doing manual activities. It is important to keep them stretched and have mobility in those muscles and tendons to allow us to use them adequately. This stretch is designed to keep the wrist flexors lengthened and stretched and should be done more frequently depending on the amount of computer or manual work you do.

Standing in front of a wall, turn palm up. Place hand on wall so that your fingers are pointing to the floor and the inside of your elbow is facing upward. Hold for 30 seconds
. Repeat 2-3 x if necessary
