E2 | Tricep Extension (band)

Instructions

Standing tall with shoulders retracted and neck long, hold onto a theraband or cable and bend your elbow to 90 degrees, keeping your elbow at your side. Straighten the elbow pulling against the resistance of the band/ cable down to your side. Return to the start position by bending your elbow back to 90 degrees.

Special Notes
Keep the shoulder back and elbow at your side at all times.
