E2 | Bicep Curls (band)

Instructions

With one loop of the band under the foot and holding the other with palm facing up to the ceiling, bend the elbow against the resistance of the band and perform a bicep curl. Then, slowly lower the hand down making sure the shoulder does not pop forward - keep the scapula back and down until full elbow extension or before pain.

Special Notes
Stand tall with shoulders back in a good posture, do not let the shoulder drop forwards.
