Eccentric loading of the triceps helps to build strength in the tricep tendon following tendinopathy or injury.

Instructions

Stand with band attached to stable object, face away from object, holding hands above head with band in hands. Pull band so arms straighten, then let go of band with one hand and slowly control the band back to starting position (with elbows bent).

Special Notes
Be careful not to let the band pull you back to starting position, you need to slowly control this movement using your triceps.
