Active range of movement for the wrist - initial movement following injury or surgery to the wrist, elbow or shoulder, especially if the arm has been in a sling for extended eriods of time.

Instructions

Lying in supine (take your arm out of the sling it its in a sling). Bend your elbow to 90 deg and gentle actively tilt your hand (therefore bending your wrist) all the way one way and then all the way the other way.
