Instructions

Standing with good upright posutre and your shoulder blades down and back, slowly flex your elbow joint by using your bicep muscles in the front of the arm. Squeeze your fist and the bicep muscle as tolerated, but don't let the shoudler posture drop or tilt forward at the shoulder. Then release to straight again.
