AS | Ankle Circumduction


Mobility for the talo-crural joint following acute injury or stiffness after being in plaster or a walker boot. Helps with with stiffness stiffness and circulation without putting stress on the joint


Sitting in a chair or lying down, gently rotate you foot in a circle pattern - in clockwise direction 10 times, then repeat anti-clockwise 10 times. Keep you leg and knee straight so you leg isn't rotating, only your foot at the ankle.

If you have had a Achilles or other tendon rupture or surgery don't strain the foot or overpush the movement
